- CODEVISION may request images of owners who are customers or associated with customers for promotional purposes, collection of testimonials, campaigns and opinion polls.
2.2.2 Third party data provided by the Customer or User:
- Due to the nature of the services offered by CODEVISION, users may provide data to third parties for the execution of the services. In such cases, the User remains solely responsible for the information provided and for obtaining the appropriate legal authorisations and consent conditions from the data subjects for the sharing of such data, with CODEVISION acting as the operator of such data.
- The third party data that may be provided by users is general data about the users of the system, those responsible for students, teachers and suppliers, whether they are individuals or companies. The information collected ranges from name, e-mail address, telephone number, address, official identification documents, academic data, date of birth, mother's name, father's name, spouse's data, family members' data, company representatives' data.

- By using CODEVISION services, you agree that we may collect personal information and data related to the services you use and how you use them. This information is necessary for the proper execution of the services, as well as for the continuous improvement of the application's functionalities. The collection of this information and personal data may be done by CODEVISION through its own forms, directly with the user and/or visitor who owns the data and information, indirectly through partners or automatically through cookies and similar tools.
(i) Geolocation Information: By using the CODEVISION Services, you agree that we may collect information about your location, identified by data such as your IP address or the GPS of your mobile device, in order to provide you with an optimised user experience. (ii) Forms of Use: We may collect information about how you use CODEVISION's services, such as most used features, changes made, time of use, etc.

3.1. The user will always be informed of the purpose of the collection of his personal data and will be free to decide whether or not to provide it, in which case he will be warned of the consequences of not providing it. The data collected may be used for the following purposes
- To grant access to the functionalities of CODEVISION's services, including Administration, Coordination, Secretariat, Finance, Turnstile, Library, Invoicing, Aviation, Virtual Support.
- To offer educational materials such as courses, guides, infographics, spreadsheets, handouts, webinars, e-books and others.
- To contact you to send you communications such as security alerts, updates, to introduce you to our services, and for marketing purposes;
- To contact you to provide support and troubleshoot technical issues;

3.2 The data collected may be disclosed to third parties in order to comply with contractual and legal obligations and for the following purposes
- Manage customer relationship management using a third party CRM.
- Run the company's marketing automation using dedicated tools.
- Communicate with customers via chat using a dedicated tool.
- Provide bank charge issuing functionality to payment gateway partners.
- Provide billing functionality with billing gateway partners.
- Provide electronic document signing functionality with partners licensed to do so.
- Provide PEFIN/Serasa Inclusion functionality with authorised partners.
- Offer SMS/Email/Push Notification functionality.
- Provide distance learning integration functionality through approved partners.
- Cooperate with and/or comply with court orders or requests from administrative authorities.
- Research fraud prevention agencies.
3.3 The data collected will not be used in any situation other than that specified in point 2 of this policy without the user's knowledge and consent.
4. INFORMATION PROTECTION AND SECURITY
4.1. CODEVISION will do its best to adopt security, technical and administrative measures to protect the privacy of personal information and access to information stored on its servers, committing itself to using technology that is adequate for the protection of such information, seeking to maintain a secure environment, using appropriate tools and effective security controls for the information collected, always taking into account the state of the art available.
4.2. CODEVISION guarantees that, internally, access to data will only be granted to duly authorised professionals, respecting the principles of proportionality, necessity and relevance of the access, in addition to the commitment to confidentiality and protection of privacy, in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use of the Website.
4.3 All accesses will be duly recorded and may be consulted if necessary.
5. DATA STORAGE
5.1. The data collected will be stored in a secure and controlled environment, using the best information security practices, for the time necessary to provide the contracted service, or longer if there is a duly justified legitimate interest;
5.2 The data collected from the User will be stored in the cloud, in a data centre located in the United States, equipped with all the internationally recommended security standards and complying with all the requirements of technical standards of confidentiality and information security;
5.3 Users have the right to request access and updating of their personal data through the channels indicated in section 11 of this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use;
5.4 Through the same service channels, the User may at any time request the deletion of all his/her personal data collected. Unless there is a legal impediment or a legitimate interest that justifies a situation of necessary retention of the data, the deletion will be carried out on the occasion of Termination of the contract between the User and CODEVISION; Request for cancellation of any access account;
5.5 In addition, CODEVISION reserves the right to store the User's registration history for a maximum period of 5 (five) years from the date of cancellation of the access account, for purposes of auditing and legal protection, which may be extended for a longer period if required by law or regulation, or for purposes of legal protection. If there is no legal, judicial or administrative requirement, CODEVISION may definitively delete the stored data within a shorter period.
